Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

This policy explains what we do with personal information when you visit walidtoolsprovider.com, fill in our form, pay us, or talk to us on WhatsApp. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal filler.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Walid Tools Provider. Contact: +212 675 020 029 on WhatsApp, or support@walidtoolsprovider.com.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent out our customer list.

4. Our legal basis

Where the GDPR applies to you, these are the bases we rely on:

PurposeBasis
Delivering access, support, taking paymentPerformance of our contract with you
Keeping accounting and tax recordsLegal obligation
Renewal reminders to existing customers, fraud and sharing checks, improving the serviceOur legitimate interests
Advertising cookies and marketing messages to people who are not customersYour consent, which you can withdraw

5. WhatsApp messages

We use WhatsApp as our main channel: it is how we deliver access and how we support you. When you give us your number and ask for access, you are asking to be contacted there.

We may send you service messages (your login, a reply to your question, a notice that your access is ending or has ended) and, if you are already a customer, occasional offers about our own service. You can stop the offers at any time by replying STOP in the chat; we will keep sending service messages while you hold an active plan, because they are part of what you bought.

Your messages travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and applies its own privacy terms to that traffic.

6. Who we share it with

We share only what each of these needs to do its job:

WhoWhat for
Our payment providerTaking card payments and telling us a payment succeeded
Our hosting providerServing the website and running the form that records your details
Google (Sheets, Analytics)Storing our customer records, and measuring site traffic
Meta (Pixel, WhatsApp)Measuring and targeting advertising, and messaging you
Banks, accountants, advisers, authoritiesProcessing payments, keeping our books, and where the law requires it

We may also share data if our business is sold or transferred, in which case it stays protected by a policy at least as strict as this one.

7. Where your data goes

Several of the providers above are based in the United States or elsewhere, so your data is transferred outside your country and outside the EEA. Where the GDPR applies, those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for details.

8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; limit what we do with it; give it to you in a portable format; or stop using it for a particular purpose such as marketing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that nobody else can make requests about your data.

Some data we must keep even if you ask us to delete it — an invoice, for instance, is a record we are legally required to hold.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

Some of those advertising measurements are sent to Meta from our server rather than from your browser, because browsers and ad blockers often stop the measurement before it leaves the page. What we send is limited to the same technical details the Pixel would have sent anyway: the Meta cookies already set on this site, your IP address, your browser description, the country we see you in, the plan you looked at, and a random ID this site made up for your browser. We do not send Meta your name, your phone number or your WhatsApp messages. It is used only to tell which ad produced an order. Because this part happens on our server, your browser's tracking protection cannot block it — if you would rather we left your visit out of it, tell us on WhatsApp and we will.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings, and use your browser's "do not track" or tracking-protection features. The site works without the analytics and advertising ones.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, our records are held in access-controlled accounts, and the keys used by our order form are kept server-side and never appear in the page. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a transmission over the internet is safe, but if a breach ever affects your data and is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

12. Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

Our site, our messages and the workspace itself contain links to services we do not control. Once you leave our site — or once you are working inside a third-party tool — that company's own privacy policy governs what it collects about you and what it does with it. We are not responsible for their practices and this policy does not cover them. If it matters to you, read theirs before you use the tool.

14. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

15. Contact and complaints

Questions or requests: +212 675 020 029 or support@walidtoolsprovider.com.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live. If you are in the EEA or UK, that is the supervisory authority where you live.
