Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms apply every time you buy or use access sold by Walid Tools Provider through walidtoolsprovider.com. By paying, or by using a login we send you, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not use the access.
1. Who you are dealing with
The service is operated under the name and brand Walid Tools Provider. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Walid Tools Provider, and "you" means the person buying or using the access.
You can reach us on WhatsApp at +212 675 020 029 or by email at support@walidtoolsprovider.com.
2. What you are buying
You are buying time-limited access to a shared workspace that we operate, in which a number of third-party research, advertising-intelligence and AI tools are already signed in. You are paying us for that access and for the support around it.
Read this part carefully, because it is the most misunderstood thing we sell.
You are not buying a licence, subscription or account in your own name with any of the tools you use inside the workspace. We are not an agent, reseller, partner or representative of any of those companies, and we do not claim to be endorsed by them. Their names appear on our site only to describe what is available inside the workspace.
What is included can be checked on our site before you buy. Where a plan mentions bonus tools, higher limits or extra features, those are part of that plan only.
3. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By buying you confirm that the details you give us are true, and that you are buying for yourself or for a business you are entitled to act for.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our site in Moroccan dirham and in US dollars. The dirham price is the reference price; a dollar figure is a conversion shown for convenience and the exact amount charged may vary slightly with exchange rates and with your bank's own fees.
We accept, among others, local bank transfer, CashPlus, cash pickup, card payment, and several crypto and international transfer methods listed on the site.
Crypto and cash payments cannot be reversed by us. Once a transfer is confirmed on the network or collected at a counter, it is gone. Send the exact amount, to the exact address or details we give you, and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address, a wrong network, or to anyone who is not us.
Card payments are handled by an external payment provider. That provider processes the payment and applies its own terms to the transaction; we never see or store your full card number.
Access starts when we confirm your payment, not when you send it.
5. How access is delivered
After your payment is confirmed we send your login on WhatsApp, normally within minutes, using the number you gave us. Delivery depends on you giving us a correct, reachable number and replying to us. If we cannot reach you, we cannot deliver, and time already paid for may pass.
6. One person, one login
Access is personal to you. For each plan you hold, the login is for one person. You may not share it, lend it, publish it, sell it, sub-let it, or use it on behalf of other people, whether for money or not. We monitor for simultaneous use from unrelated locations and devices.
If we find sharing or resale, we may end your access immediately and without refund. This is not a formality: shared credentials are how a whole workspace gets shut down, so it affects every other customer as well as you.
7. Keeping your login safe
Keep the credentials we send you to yourself, and keep them somewhere safe. You are responsible for everything done with your login until you tell us it has been compromised. If you think someone else has it — a lost phone, a forwarded message, a screenshot that got out — tell us immediately on WhatsApp and we will replace it.
We may reset credentials at any time for security reasons and will send you the new ones. You must not change any password, recovery address, payment detail or security setting inside the workspace: those accounts serve every customer, and changing them locks other people out.
8. Fair use
Where a plan mentions more credits, higher limits or unlimited searches, that means generous limits for one person working normally — not unlimited machine use. Automated querying, scripted scraping, bulk exporting, or usage so far above normal that it threatens the underlying account is not covered. We may throttle it, ask you to stop, or end your access if it continues.
Where the owner of a tool imposes its own quota, that quota applies to you as well, and we cannot lift it.
9. Third-party platform rules
Every tool inside the workspace has its own terms of use, set by the company that owns it. Those terms apply to how that tool is used, and you are responsible for what you do inside it — what you search, what you export, what you then publish or sell, and whether that respects the rights of the tool's owner and of any third party.
You agree not to use the workspace to scrape at abusive volume, to resell or redistribute data taken out of a tool, to reverse-engineer a platform, to get around a technical limit, or to do anything a given tool forbids.
10. What you may not do
- Share, resell, rent or publish your login or any credential we give you.
- Change passwords, recovery details, payment details or settings inside any account in the workspace.
- Log in to a tool's own website with credentials taken from the workspace, outside the environment we provide.
- Use the access for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or aimed at harming another person.
- Attempt to access parts of our systems you were not given access to, or to disrupt them.
- Copy, mirror or rebuild our offer using our own materials, screenshots or customer lists.
- Present yourself as us, as our partner, or as an authorised reseller of anything we provide.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep everything working all the time, and 24/7 support exists precisely because tools occasionally break. But the tools are run by other companies, and they can change their prices, their limits, their features, or close entirely, with no notice to us.
So: the exact list of tools may change during your plan. If a tool becomes unavailable we will replace it with one of comparable purpose where we reasonably can. A change to one tool in the stack is not a failure of the whole service and does not on its own entitle you to a refund. If a substantial part of what you paid for is unavailable for a prolonged period and we cannot replace it, contact us and we will agree a fair remedy, which may be extra days or a partial refund.
We may also carry out maintenance, and access may be briefly interrupted.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access immediately if you break these terms, if your payment is reversed or charged back, if your use puts the workspace or other customers at risk, or if we are required to. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally warn you first.
You may stop using the service at any time. Plans do not auto-renew unless you are told otherwise in writing at the time of purchase; when a plan ends, access ends.
13. Refunds and cancellation
What you are buying is digital access delivered immediately. Once we have sent your login, the service has been supplied and the payment is non-refundable, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.
We will refund you where:
- you paid but we never delivered access, and the reason is on our side;
- you were charged twice for the same plan;
- the law of your country gives you a right we cannot exclude.
We will not refund because you changed your mind after receiving the login, because you did not use the access, because you expected results the tools did not produce, because your own internet or device would not work, or because you broke these terms and were cut off.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your agreement. By asking us to send your login straight away you ask us to begin supply immediately and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have sent it.
Where a refund is due, we send it back by the method you paid with, within 14 days of agreeing it. Network or bank fees are not refundable. To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp with the payment date, the amount, and the proof of payment.
14. No guarantee of results
We sell tools and access, not outcomes. Nothing on our site, in our messages, in our reviews or in any example is a promise that you will find a winning product, make sales, or earn any particular amount. Results depend on your work, your budget, your market and factors none of us control. Any figure we quote about our own history is a description of the past, not a forecast of your future.
15. Intellectual property
Our site, its text, layout, graphics and code belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
All other names, logos and trademarks that appear on our site or inside the workspace belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify those products. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
16. What you put into the tools
Anything you type, upload, save or export inside the workspace stays your responsibility. Because the environment is shared and is reset periodically, do not store anything private, sensitive or irreplaceable inside it — export your work as you go. We are not responsible for material you leave behind in a shared environment or lose when it is reset.
17. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data, lost opportunity, ad spend, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you, for everything connected to your use of the service, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event complained of.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
18. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the access — what you did inside a tool, what you published, or a term of theirs you broke — you will cover our reasonable losses, costs and legal fees arising from it.
19. Events outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms if we are prevented or delayed by something beyond our reasonable control, including a third-party platform blocking, suspending or discontinuing its service, an internet or payment outage, a change of law, or a natural event.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Talk to us first. Almost everything gets solved on WhatsApp in a few minutes.
22. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else; we may transfer ours if our business is transferred. These terms, together with the description of the plan you bought, are the whole agreement between us.
